Speed & Agility

Speed training is a combination of strength and power.  Agility training is a combination of efficient lateral motion, acceleration and deceleration techniques.  When it comes to speed training, you must be able to generate force.  Even with the proper running mechanics, if you cannot apply force to the ground efficiently, you will not reach your potential.  We teach athletes the proper running mechanics, how to properly accelerate and decelerate, as well as lateral and linear motion.
