All Pitching Programs are run by AB’s Pitching Instructor Adam Perkins. These programs are designed to improve Pitcher’s skills and practice habits. The Warm Up and Cool Down components included in this program will help Pitchers prepare for the upcoming season and teach them how to take care of their arms over the course of their careers.
Each pitching session at AB Athletic Development is designed around a player’s specific needs. Sessions focus on Improving Pitching Mechanics, Increasing flexibility, Learning Pitch Selection and much more!
It is also highly recommended for pitchers to enroll in AB’s Strength & Conditioning Program to increase Strength, Power, Flexibility and Core Stability! Please contact austin@abathletics.com if interested in a Strength & Conditioning Program!
Some programs are already in progress, while new programs will start in January.
Private lessons are available ($80 session). Pitchers may also join 4 on 1 group which are already in progress (4 pitchers to one coach at $30 a session). All sessions are designated at least one hour with a Coach. Once the pitcher understands the PRE and POST-Throwing Protocols, they will be expected to follow them before and after each workout.
