Injury Prevention

All athletes are Prescreened before entering any strength & conditioning protocol.  Identifying muscular imbalances and asymmetries in each athlete will allow for individual, customized programs.  Injury prevention also includes Flexibility Training, proper Stretching Protocols, Dynamic Warmups, Soft Tissue Exercises such as Foam Rolling and basic Anatomy Lessons. We discuss why each exercise is important and WHY we incorporate them into everyday workouts.
