The A.B. Facility features one full length batting cage (ability to convert into two bullpens or a speed & agility area), a weight room, a custom cement medicine ball wall, and a video analysis lab. Our pitching mounds are clay, allowing pitchers to train wearing cleats. The facility also has showers that are available to players after working out.
The facility’s atmosphere is different than other facilities. Ask our players and they will tell you how much they love it! It is not uncommon to walk in and see players charting baseball games on the big screen TV, hitting in the cage, throwing med balls against our custom med ball wall and lifting some serious weight… all while there’s some music blasting from the radio. Our facility is simply a tool for our instruction and programs. You can go to any indoor facility to get repetitions, but the information shared at our facility is what separates A.B. from other locations.
