Together, Austin Wasserman and Bobby Tewksbary drive the vision and culture of AB Athletic Development. Growing up playing against each other and as teammates, these two former Division I and Professional Baseball Players have teamed up to provide opportunities to athletes!

Austin Wasserman is the "A" of AB. He is the Co-Founder and Director of Strength & Conditioning at AB Athletic Development. Austin received his B.S. in Exercise Science with a concentration in Strength & Conditioning through the University of Connecticut Department of Kinesiology. He also received his Masters Degree in Human Nutrition through the University of Bridgeport in Connecticut. He is also a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) and Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) through the National Strength & Conditioning Association.
Austin was the Gatorade Player of the year in New Hampshire in 2002 and went on to play D1 Baseball at the University of New Orleans before transferring to the University of Connecticut. After college, he played two years of professional baseball. The first year was with the Worcester Tornadoes and his second season was with the Nashua Pride of the Independent CanAm Baseball League. Austin won a Championship in 2007 with the Nashua Pride.
Austin is highly respected by coaches, parents and players for his approach and knowledge of the human body. Prior to AB, he has worked in New York City alongside some of the top Physical Therapists and Motor Learning Specialists in the country. His Pre-Screening Techniques and Corrective Exercise Protocol allows him to personalize each workout, eliminate muscular imbalances and enhance proper movement patterns to ensure maximum performance while minimizing injuries.
Austin has a website specifically dedicated to his Strength Training & Throwing work, WassermanStrength.com, and has also written and published an eBook on Throwing Mechanics called High Level Throwing Patterns. This eBook has been purchased in over 40 states and 4 countries. Austin works with current MLB players, minor league players and college players in addition to the local high school and youth players at A.B.

Bobby is the "B" of AB. His focus is primary on baseball, especially with hitting and infield work. Bobby has a website specifically dedicated to his hitting work, TewksHitting.com, and has also written and published a ebook on swing mechaincs called Elite Swing Mechanics which has been purchased in over 40 states and 4 countries. Bobby works with current MLB players, dozens of minor league players and college players in addition to the local high school and youth players at A.B. Athletic Development's facility in Nashua, NH. AB would like to welcome Nick Esposito to the AB Athletic Development family. Nick is AB's newest Strength & Conditioning Coach and 14U Head Baseball Coach!
As a left handed pitcher, Nick was a 2004 Graduate of Hollis/Brookline High School and played his College Baseball at Wayne State College and Bellevue University, both in Nebraska.
While at Bellevue, his team competed in the 2008 NAIA World Series. After graduating with his Degree in Sports Management and Sport Communication, Nick was signed by the Evansville Otters of the Independent Frontier League.
Nick is a Certified Personal Trainer through NASM, and has worked and mentored under some of the top strength coaches in the country, such as Mike Boyle of MBSC, and Eric Cressey, of Cressey Sports Performance. Nick has added education through TRX, Trigger Point Therapy, World Kettlebell Club, and is Certified with Functional Movement Screen (FMS).

Nate GouletAB would like to welcome Nate Goulet as the newest member of our staff!
Coach Goulet is a native of Nashua, NH and was previously the Colonial Athletic Association's Coach of the Year for 2011, his first season as the Old Dominion University Monarchs interim head coach and sixth season overall at the University. The Monarchs finished the season at 30-26 overall and reached the CAA Championship game which was the first time since 1999 for the team.
During Goulet's first two years with ODU, two catchers have signed professionally in Patrick Nichols with the Washington Nationals and Tyler Belcher with the Florida Marlins.
Prior to coming to ODU, Goulet was the assistant baseball coach and recruiting coordinator at East Tennessee State University from 1999 - 2005. During his six years at ETSU, Goulet worked with hitters, infielders and catchers. He coached and recruited 13 players drafted into professional baseball, 14 All-Conference players, and also had 3 recruiting classes ranked top 50 nationally.
Other accomplishments while at ETSU include a top 50 national ranking in team batting average and slugging percentage in each of his last three seasons, as well as, a top 65 national ranking in home runs per game. In 2005, ETSU ranked top 10 in the nation for home runs, doubles per game, and slugging percentage.
Goulet also had the privilege of coaching Caleb Moore, Louisville Sluggers Second-Team All-American, who led the nation with a .455 batting average and doubles per game (0.60) during the 2004 season.
Goulet also served as assistant coach and recruiting coordinator at Delaware State University from 1998-1999. During that season, he helped lead the Hornets to the MEAC North Conference. Goulet coached the MEAC's Player of the Year and that team broke numerous offensive records.
Goulet was a graduate assistant at his alma mater, Lincoln Memorial University in 1997-1998, where he worked with hitters and infielders, while also assisting with recruiting.
At LMU, Goulet earned all-conference honors as a shortstop, broke the single season homerun record, and helped lead the team to a No. 13 national ranking. He was voted team captain his senior year (LMU), as well as, his sophomore year, while attending Broward Community College in Fort Lauderdale, FL.
Goulet earned a bachelors degree in kinesiology and health from LMU in 1997. Goulet and his wife, Louise, also a Nashua, NH native, were married in July 2005 and reside in Chesapeake, VA. They have a daughter, Caroline Jeanne, born Sept. 10, 2009.
Gary Donia - Physical Therapist
Gary Donia is AB's in-house Physical Therapist and comes to us with plenty of experience and knowledge! We are excited to have him here weekly assessing and treating our athletes!
Gary graduated from Penn State University in 1999 with a degree in Kinesiology. He then went on to UMASS Lowell, receiving is Masters in Physical Therapy (MSPT) in 2001.
He has worked at the Boston Medical Center from 2001-2008 before taking a position at Nashoba Valley Medical Center, where he currently works! He is certified in Graston Technique, Kinesiotape, Functional Movement Screening (FMS) and Y-Balance Assessment.
Gary is married with 2 boys (both AB Athletes), Ashton and Kaiden and lives in Townsend, MA. He's also a volunteer for the Townsend/Ashby Youth Baseball & Softball League as well as the Race Director for The Hunger Run 5K!
