A.B. Athletic Development offers memberships for athletes looking for annual training with our lowest prices. The memberships give our staff the opportunity to work with players consistently over time and really develop their physical and mental performance. The memberships are for players who are serious about their training and want to build their skills long term. Membership athletes typically train after school from 3-6 PM on weekdays. Enrollment in the memberships are limited to ensure athletes get quality instruction.
Value
We price these memberships with no gimmicks and a simple monthly cost. We For example, our hitting membership is $80 per month and you will get about 8 hours of hitting instruction a month. We charge $80 for one hour of private lessons! The annual component allows us to give more while charging less. Instruction is the key. This isn’t just cage time. It is all about instruction. The kids will get tons and tons of reps, but they will be quality reps, not just shooting the ball through a machine. For more about value, check out this unsolicited Facebook note from a parent with two kids training at AB.
Multi-Sport Athletes
Multi-sport athletes may join the memberships. If you cannot attend all of your workouts while in-season for your other sport, downgrading (attending less sessions) or placing a hold membership is an option. These details are worked out on a case-by-case situation. You just need to talk to us about your schedule.
How do in-season schedules work?
In-season training for baseball and softball players is an important component of the memberships. AB will be open for special in-season hours specifically for baseball and softball members to get their work in, to continue their development and to stay healthy.
Payments
We will set you up in our billing system so that you will be invoiced each month. We can set you up with an automatic payment program where a credit card is charged each month or you can choose to pay with cash, check or card at the facility.
When does membership end?
The initial agreement is one annual year. From there, if you do not wish to continue you just need to let us know. In general, people signing up for the membership believe in what we do and understand the value and continue with us. If specific financial situations come up, just talk to us. We think the value of what we do and the work we put into our athletes becomes increasingly obvious the more you train here
Strength & Conditioning Membership – $100/month

Video will be a big component of the hitting membership. Hitters will be filmed and have access to AB’s video lab to perform video analysis. Athletes will also have access to AB’s forum for discussion and analysis of hitters.
