This hitting program will have a strong emphasis on swing mechanics. Program is open to baseball players expecting to play at the high school level this year.

  • Program begins Monday, January 16
  • Max 8 players per session
  • Before & After Video
  • Before & After Testing of Bat Speed and Ball Exit Speed
  • Access to AB’s Hitting Forum for extensive learning outside of the cage
