This player worked tremendously hard throughout the program and saw a 8 mph improvement in his velocity.

1. What do you like most about this program?

I learned the proper throwing techniques, the proper stretches, how to use my legs and how to increase velocity.

2. What were your perceptions before we started?

I wanted to increase velocity and from previous experience with AB I know what to expect.

3. How have your perceptions changed?

It hasn’t.

4. What are the three biggest benefits of the program?

1. My velocity improved.
2. Learning proper stretches.
3. Learning proper form and mechanics.
